For if you want very gentle yoga & more meditation & relaxation than the usual classes. Also to support people dealing with ME, CFS, cancer, anxiety & stress or any sort of illness or recovery from surgery

Pregnancy Workshops -
Next pregnancy workshop to be arranged
- Please call and say what day and time suits you
Workshops may be attended individually or throughout pregnancy. The workshop will set you up for home practice in between sessions or if you are attending as a one off workshop.
Small group classes are £7.00 for 1 1/2 hr class, some concessions available. Private classes can also be arranged for up to 7 people for £49.
1/2 day pregnancy workshops are £25 including refreshments.

Health in Pregnancy Grant money now available for all pregnant women! This means that all women over 25 weeks pregnant can get £190 non-means tested to fund healthy activities during pregnancy such as antenatal yoga. About the teacher, Rebecca Allen:
I am a Satyananda Yoga (also known as Bihar School of Yoga) & British wheel Teacher, registered and insured by the British Wheel of Yoga.
I am qualified to teach Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, Yoga Nidra, Meditation practices, yogic physiology and hatha yoga cleansing practices. I also have also completed the Birthlight basic level certificate in perinatal Yoga and The Prison Phoenix Trust & British Wheel of Yoga module to teach yoga in prisons.
I have been teaching yoga and pregnancy yoga in London & Somerset since 1996. I have recently moved to Sheffield.
